Terms and Conditions for WebPicID Merchants and Merchant Employee Members
Web Picture Identification Inc. o/a WebPicID is herein referred to as WebPicID.
The first merchant employee (18+ years old) to sign-up As a Merchant Employee, MEM is designated the Administrator for the organization.
The Administrator role must be ratified by the organization management.
Anyone 13+ years old can sign up as a Merchant Employee Member, MEM.
The Administrator agrees to Act as the Guardian for all Minor MEM’s.

WebPicID Merchant organization Terms and Conditions.
The Administrator is the first employee to sign up as an MEM.
The Administrator position must be ratified by the Management of the organization.
The Administrator approves all of the MEM’s Sign-Ups and pays for their MEM Membership.
All management and employees should sign up as Merchant Employee Members, MEM’s.
This gives them access to Secure Message and other services approved by the Administrator or Admin.
Secure Messages abd atachments can only be read by organization MEM’s and authorized contacts.
The Administrator approves all of the External Authorized contacts who sign Up and pays for their Merchant Membership.
External contacts can by lawyers, accountants, suppliers, customers, or anyone you like.
Their identiy is verified by a SM VIDOTN Verified IDentity Over The Net.
Statement,s invoices, contracts, proposals, texts, and new things can be sent by Secure Message.
Merchant Employee Membership MEM’s Policy.
Membership is a privilege.
MEM’s agree that if they do something on our website that we do not like:
WebPicID reserves the right to terminate the membership without compensation or reason.
Payment Policy
WebPicID does not accept payment via a bank or credit card.
WebPicID only accepts CASH payments to a WebPicID bank branch.
In the USA
Any branch of the Bank of America, the TDBank, or Wells Fargo; and via Zell
In Canada
Any branch of the Bank of Montreal, the TD Canada Trust, or EMT (Email Money Transfer.)
Privacy Policy
WebPicID believes that your employee’s personal information is their property.
WebPicID does not sell or share this information with anyone.
The USA privacy policy is based on The Privacy Act of 1974 (2020 Edition) (2020 edition)
The Canadian policy followa the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) created by the Canadian Federal Government.
Profile
Safe Purchase

Members click on Safe Purchase instead of paying for a shopping cart with a bank card.
The Merchant can opt for WPID(pay) or instant payment by WebPicID Credit card.
Funds are posted to the Merchant online account instantly as they are paid.
The fee is $0.02 per sale + 1% of the sale on $0.26 to $200.00 and 10% of $0.01 to $0.25
This is settled weekly on a Wednesday by 12:00 Noon MST.
For the previous Saturday 12:00:01 AM to 23:59:59 Friday. MST
Minimum settlement is $10,000.00 CASH or equivalent.
The Merchant is responsible for all bank fees.
If Wednesday is a bank holiday then the funds are settled on the next banking day.
Secure Message for Merchants
This is set up as an internal message service for the Merchant employees to communicate securely.
The Merchant can supply a Server and WebPicID will set up the service and the Merchant will be the only party with access to the Messages and Attachments. There is a fee for the setup and mainatainence of this service.
A Secure Message and attachment(s) can be sent to any email address.
Only the Sender and the Recipient can read a Secure Message and it attachments.
If the Recipient is a not a Merchant Employee they can be setup as a External contact.
External contacts can be accountacnts, lawyers, suppliers, clients, or anyone.
The process involves having the external contact signup and verify their identity.
The Administrator pays for their Membership and can give them Merchant email address.
VIDOTN Verified IDentity Over The Net Verify your identity and the Identitiy of anyone with an email address.
These individuals are designated to be Contacts and must be ratified by the Administrator.
LEGAL
Indemnification of losses
The agrees to indemnify WebPicID from any losses associated with using the WebPicID services.
We need to comply with KYC regulations and the requirements can be seen under Documents Required for most companies.
The Merchant and MEM indemnify WebPicID from any loss incurred using these services.
All transactions take place in Canada on a Canadian server.
All Members and agree that all disputes are resolved by the Alberta Arbitration Act and are limited to the amount of the transaction in dispute.
