WebPicID defines a family as at least one adult (18+) and at least one other person.
The Member who selects Family Protection is designated as the Parent/Guardian.
The Parent agrees to Act as the Agent for WebPicID to Affirm the identities of the family members.
The Parent agrees to accept 1 Agency fee for all of the Acts of Agency.
The Parent can add anyone as a Family Member regardless of age or relationship.
The maximum friends and Family Members is 20.
Family Member types
All Family Members can work as a contractor for WebPicID unless restricted by age.
Adult anyone 18+ years old has access to all services.
Parent The person who activated Family Protection is designated the Parent/Guardian of all minor Family Members.
Grownup 18+ years old Family Member all has access to all services except Family Protection.
Teen 13-17 can access Secure Message, Safe Purchase, and Statement of Account.
Minor 5-12 can access Secure Message, Safe Purchase, and Statement of Account.
Primary Government Issued Picture Identification
A passport, driver's license, other government issued picture identification, or Other.
Secondary Identification
Unused Primary Identification, a birth certificate, (Required for a Minor or Other.
Address Identification Document
A statement of account, a letter from the government with the Minor’s name on it or Other.
Lets talk about “Other”.
This can be a document with any date from the addressed to the name of the Parent and the Minor from the Government or from a medical professional.
How Family Protection works
Each family member must go through the Sign Up process to become a Family Member.
Each Family Member must have a unique email address, cell phone #, and cell provider.
The Parent agrees to act as Guardian and or Partner for all Minor Family Members.
All Family Memberships start on the date of the First Family Member and ends 1 year later.
The Family Protection is invoiced annually.
The Parent has access to all Minor Secure Messages, files, communications, and purchases.
The Parent does not have access to adult family member Secure Messages, files, communications, and purchases.
Minors age 5+ can make online purchases using Safe Purchase.
They can see their account balance and transactions.
The Parent transfer funds into the Minor’s WebPicID account to allow a Safe Purchase.
Every Safe Purchase made for a Minor is shipped to the Parent for disbursement.
